"I have been involved with the Canopy Center’s Parent to Child program for close to two years; first as an intern, and now as a staff member.  My time here at the Canopy Center has allowed me to learn and grow not only as a professional but also as a member of the community and as an empathetic human. I am passionate about the holistic well-being of children and I strive to help to help people in any way possible; but my impact is not possible without funding. Partnering with Humorology would allow Canopy Center to help countless families, children, victims of trauma, and underprivileged members of the community. I know that as a participant in Humorology you develop bonds and new relationships with your brothers and sisters in greek life, you persevere through many rehearsals, overcome challenges, and come out stronger. The families we serve have similar experiences during their time at Canopy Center; brothers and sisters develop stronger bonds, they persevere through the difficult days, overcome challenges, and in the end, come out stronger."

My relationship with the girls as well as their growth from the time I started to the end of our group meetings was truly astounding.
